JOAN MirÓ

Lower East visited Fundacio Pilar Joan Miró Art Museum in Palma, Mallorca. A beautiful building and a great permanent exhibition. Mirós works (paintings, sketches, sculptures and drawings) get deserved attention, lots of space and light.

Even more inspiring was a visit in his studio in a side buildng, the dream of a working space, right here Lower East could easily have our Mallorca office. Miró wanted a lot of space so he could work on different paintings at the same time.
